Tweetdeck
I’ve tried using other services to track my social media, but Tweetdeck is definitely the best. Not only does it let you track multiple twitter accounts, you can track your facebook page updates, linkedin messages and more. My favorite feature is the pop-up window that shows you the latest incoming message, from any service you follow. Now you don’t have to click around to check everything, you just look in the corner of your screen to check your ‘social tape roll’. Tweetdeck.com also has a great directory of twitter lists you can follow.

Versatile and Intuitive
Make posts to multiple services: You can make a post, select what service you want to post to and press enter. Boom – posted to multiple locations. You can even add a picture. One of the best things is the configuration – its super simple. Default settings and programs are used for tracking and posting pictures, but you can change them easily and intuitively. Very Nice.
